3. Chrome Permissions Usage

activeTab

Used to access the currently active X tab only when the user interacts with the extension. This permission allows the extension to understand page context and assist with reply workflows.

tabs

Used to identify whether the active browser tab is an X page and coordinate extension behavior with the current tab. The extension does not monitor unrelated browsing activity.

storage

Used to save extension settings, reply templates, user preferences, and workflow data locally in the browser.

scripting

Used to inject scripts into supported X pages when necessary to provide reply assistance and workflow features.

sidePanel

Used to display the extension interface within Chrome’s side panel while the user browses X.

alarms

Used for lightweight background scheduling tasks related to extension workflows and state updates.

Host Permissions

The extension requests access only to supported X/Twitter domains required for extension functionality. This access is not used to collect unrelated browsing data.

4. Data Storage
